A number invented for you looks authoritative, cannot be checked, and changes if you ask again. Specific findings you can act on are worth more and are actually true.

It is optional, but that is where most of the value is. Without it the review can only be general; with it, the gaps between what is asked for and what your résumé shows become specific.

It rewrites up to five bullet points as examples and explains the change. Where a number would strengthen a line it leaves a bracketed placeholder rather than inventing one — it does not know your figures, and a fabricated metric on a résumé is a very bad thing to be asked about in an interview.
