Managing Your Subscription

What is included in the Premium Subscription?

A Premium Subscription removes all advertisements across the IARAP platform, grants early access to in-depth research reports, and allows you to save unlimited custom product comparison tables to your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time.

Payments and Invoices

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments securely via Razorpay. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, and select digital wallets.

Where can I find my invoices?

All past invoices and payment receipts are available in your user portal. Go to Dashboard > Invoices. You can download them as PDF files for your tax and accounting records.

Do you offer team or enterprise billing?

Yes. If you require access for more than 5 team members, please contact our enterprise sales team at sales@iarap.com for volume discounts and centralized invoice management.
